You'll appreciate this location and terrific little house - fully renovated and lovingly modernized - that sits on a spacious 1/3 acre wooded lot with front porch rockers and easy access to Boerne's Hill Country Mile. And it has excellent restaurants all around! Guests love the artsy living room and the delightful and bright sunroom with prime wildlife viewing, coffee bar, small rockers, and desk. The well-stocked kitchen has a gas range, beautiful white quartz countertops, and a small, contemporary, kitchen dining area. The fun back yard with its Adirondack-type chairs is great for listening to the birds, relaxing by the fire pit, lounging, yoga stretching in the greenhouse, or napping in the hammock! Keyless lock (so no lost keys). This home is best for 1-2 guests, but can sleep another two on the dual-reclining leather couch located in the living room.
